Say bonjour to our Spring Menu, featuring a wonderful selection of whimsical treats perfect for Easter, Passover, or any warm weather celebration!

Chefs at Ellie’s Bakery have been working diligently over the past month to create a menu blooming with bright, light flavors reminiscent of fun and fancy-free springtimes and new beginnings.

The Spring offerings and selections were inspired by treats found on brunch tables and in Easter baskets every April—from splatter-painted jellybean macarons, to carrot sweet bread with vanilla bean cream cheese, to classic hot cross buns with candied lemon and orange peel, golden raisins, and a lemon simple syrup glaze!

We also have a selection of decadent flourless treats for our Passover-observing friends, including our beloved flourless chocolate torte and chocolate-dipped coconut macaroons. (Read more about the difference between macarons and macaroons here!)
