My name is Sara. I am the head baker at Ellie’s.
If you were caught daydreaming at work, what would you be thinking about?
What is the next meal I am going to eat?
If you were stuck on a desert island, what three items would you want to have with you?
1. A knife
2. My sweetums
3. A hen and rooster. (editor’s note- that is four items, but we like Sara, so we are going to let it slide).
What is your pet peeve?
Not having enough milk for cereal in the morning…and when people put stickers from fruit on the kitchen sink.
What would you do with an unexpected day off?
Dine at three exceptional restaurants, joined by good friends and a few cocktails.
What will be your legacy at Ellie’s?
I am the gluten free English muffin girl. 🙂
