Get ready to roll up your sleeves for a hands-on pie-making experience! Connect with Chef Melissa and learn all the pie ins and outs, from the crust to the importance of ingredients, rolling and baking, and the yummy pie fillings. Count on our team to show you how to make a successful pie every time. You’ll even get some tips and tricks on creative ways to utilize pie dough and scraps. Takeaways include your pies, a bench scraper, and Ellie's recipes.
Special Notes

Attending Ellie’s classes, you can expect to be on your feet and using your hands for most of the course.  Please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and don your favorite apron or clothes you are okay with getting flour on. Ellie’s aprons are also available to purchase here.
