Welcome spring with a beautifully artistic twist on classic French macarons! Perfect for beginners and budding creatives alike, this workshop invites you to join Chef Mikaela as she guides you through the fundamentals of making Ellie’s signature macarons, from mixing and piping smooth shells to achieving the perfect bake.
In this special edition, you’ll take your creations to the next level by learning how to hand-paint delicate edible flowers using food-safe paints and brushes. Explore simple brush techniques and floral designs that transform each macaron into a miniature work of art. You’ll also craft a silky Italian meringue buttercream and learn how to build fillings that complement your botanical designs.
By the end of class, you'll head home with a stunning assortment of painted floral macarons and the confidence to recreate them for showers, spring celebrations, or simply to brighten someone’s day.
Each ticket includes light snacks and one glass of wine, spritz, beer, or non-alcoholic beverage. Cash bar available. Your takeaway will be your own batch of macarons.

Attending Ellie’s classes, you can expect to be on your feet and using your hands for most of the course. Please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and don your favorite apron or clothes you are okay with getting flour on.

Cancellations made two weeks or more before the class date are eligible for a full refund.
If you need to cancel within one week of the class, we’re happy to either reschedule you for a future class or issue a refund in the form of an Ellie’s gift card.
