The French macaron is a meringue based sandwich cookie made of almond flour, egg whites, sugar, and confectioner’s sugar. The filling is usually a ganache or buttercream, but these cookies are amenable to a wide variety of fillings. We’ve used everything from beach roses to cookie dough to a classic salted caramel.

Each month we showcase our ‘Seasonal Collection’, three different flavors inspired by a theme chosen by our talented team.
