Guests will be welcomed with a thoughtfully crafted cocktail or mocktail, paired with savory lite bites to set the tone for the evening. From there, indulge in three decadent dessert courses, each inspired by honeyed notes, delicate florals, and playful textures, beautifully paired with a cocktail or mocktail.

Attending Ellie’s classes, you can expect to be on your feet and using your hands for most of the course. Please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and don your favorite apron or clothes you are okay with getting flour on.

Cancellations made two weeks or more before the class date are eligible for a full refund.
If you need to cancel within one week of the class, we’re happy to either reschedule you for a future class or issue a refund in the form of an Ellie’s gift card.
