Description
Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to refine their macaron-making skills! Guided by Chef Melissa, you’ll discover the art of crafting Ellie’s signature macarons—from achieving the perfect shell to mastering tinting and decorating techniques that make these delicate confections truly shine. You’ll also explore the process of making silky Italian meringue buttercream and learn how to infuse your fillings with flavor.
By the end of class, you’ll have a beautiful batch of macarons to take home and the confidence to recreate them in your own kitchen!
- Each ticket includes light snacks and one glass of wine or a non-alcoholic beverage. A cash bar is available. Your takeaway will be your own batch of macarons from class.
- Looking for dinner plans after class? Enjoy a 10% dining discount at our sister restaurant, Gracie’s. Simply show your ticket confirmation email to your server. Valid during the week of your class.
