Description
Calling our chocolate lovers! Join us at Ellie's in Pastryland with a hands-on, intimate class learning how to make your very own Chocolate Salted Caramel cake. You will learn the cake building basics: leveling, stacking, and flat-icing, as well as refining your frosting skills. With some practice and added tips and tricks from our pastry team, you will be well on your way to creating a show-stopping cake for any occasion!

Special Notes
Attending Ellie’s classes, you can expect to be on your feet and using your hands for most of the course. Please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and don your favorite apron or clothes you are okay with getting flour on.
