Description
Calling our chocolate lovers! Join us at Ellie's in Pastryland with a hands-on, intimate class learning how to make your very own Chocolate Salted Caramel cake. You will learn the cake building basics: leveling, stacking, and flat-icing, as well as refining your frosting skills. With some practice and added tips and tricks from our pastry team, you will be well on your way to creating a show-stopping cake for any occasion! Takeaways include:

Special Notes

Attending Ellie’s classes, you can expect to be on your feet and using your hands for most of the course.  Please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and don your favorite apron or clothes you are okay with getting flour on.
