Description
Join Chef Rob and Ellie’s team to bring the art of bread baking to your home!  Explore artisan loaves, buttery dinner rolls, and tangy sourdough while covering all the basics.  Participants will mix, shape, score, proof, bake, and learn about creative ways to utilize excess discard. Takeaways include:

Special Notes

Attending Ellie’s classes, you can expect to be on your feet and using your hands for most of the course.  Please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and don your favorite apron or clothes you are okay with getting flour on.
